What are the cheaper days?
The cheapest days are Monday to Thursday. Fridays and weekends are busier, so rates are slightly higher to balance our schedule and ensure skilled removalists are available.
We have high-quality or polished furniture – will it be safe with your company?
Absolutely. Our experienced removalists handle high-quality finishes every day.
What if our new house isn’t ready at the time we need to move?
If keys aren’t available until later in the day, we adjust the start time based on your job size and schedule. Ensuring your belongings arrive safely without wasting time.
How do you move TVs without the original box?
No worries. Most homes don’t have the original TV box. We provide blankets to move it safely. Alternatively we can add a TV box to your booking as an addon. Our team moves TVs safely every day.
Do stairs cost extra?
There are no extra charges for stairs, but the job may take longer. To reduce the time required, we recommend minimising small items such as boxes, baskets, and picture frames that need to be carried up or down the stairs.
When do I pay for the move?
We charge a booking fee once you confirm that you’re happy with the schedule and price. The remaining balance is payable once the job is completed. For fixed-price jobs or interstate moves, we require a 50% deposit upfront to secure your booking.

We accept cash, credit/debit cards. All transactions are secure, and receipts are provided for your records.
